COVID-19 Services

COVID Vaccinations and Boosters (Fairfield and Monroe locations) and walk-in 1hr PCR testing available at all locations.

Testing

Walk-in 1-hr PCR COVID-19 testing is currently available at all our Fairfield County urgent care locations during regular business hours. Testing requires an office visit resulting in an office visit charge/co-pay.

Vaccines

Vaccinations are available by appointment at the Fairfield and Monroe locations. We are currently only offering the Pfizer vaccine.

Fridays, 10AM – 4PM
Saturdays, 10AM – 3PM

Vaccines and Immunizations

Schedule a visit to our urgent care for the following:

  • Seasonal influenza (during flu season)
  • Occupational health vaccines (MMR, varicella and hepatitis B)
  • Tetanus and Tdap vaccines
  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening with PPD or QuantiFERON testing
  • Titers obtained for confirmation of immunity for certain vaccines, as indicated
  • Travel immunizations
